After 19 months of no new music I've finally finished a new track.
It's called What You Hear and can be found on the music page.

With the imminent return of the Ambient Falls podcast I decided to improve the website. The single page it used to occupy on my personal site has been replaced by it's own fully functioning site, complete with it's own domain name.
The site can now be reached by typing www.ambientfalls.com into your address bar.
If you still see the old site you might need to click refresh a few times.
I'm still working on the website so you might see some changes over the coming weeks. Don't forget to bookmark the site and pass a link on to your family and friends.

The fifth Ambient Falls podcast is now online.
I want to thank everybody who has helped to promote the show.
The number of listeners increased significantly last month so you are doing a wonderful job, keep up the great work.
The show is still small so I am constantly looking for new ways to promote it.

I have launched a new music podcast called Ambient Falls.
The aim is to find the very best chillout, downtempo, trip hop, ambient and electro music from around the world and deliver it in a regular podcast.
It will be a monthly podcast to start with but I am aiming to change it to twice a month when I have got everything sorted out properly.

First airplay of the year.
Reasons is going to be played on Rob Bailey's Electronica show on Pulse Rated again this week.
Tune into Sky channel 0155 or via the Pulse Rated website HERE.
The show is on Friday 5th January from 9PM until 11PM GMT.
It sounds bad on Sky due to the way Sky compress audio so listen via the website if possible.

Reasons is going to be played on Rob Bailey's Electronica show on Pulse Rated again this week.
It seems it's becoming a regular track on the chillout section of the show in the last half hour.
As usual, tune into Sky channel 0155 or via the Pulse Rated website HERE.
The show is on Friday 10th November from 9PM until 11PM GMT.

I have just registered a new domain name for this site.
If you have this page bookmarked then please change it to www.marksmithmusic.net
The old name will still be active for the foreseeable future but the new address will be the main one from now on.

The new site is now complete.
Hopefully this one will last longer than the last version.
I think it's a vast improvement on any of the earlier sites.

I have finished a new track called Conspiracy Theory.
It is available to download in the MP3 section.
After a few months of being unable to finish anything I started this
track one morning and finished it less than 48 hours later.
Its strange how things go sometimes.
Hopefully I can carry on working this quickly and get a few more finished soon.
